This is a representative zeolite with strong hydrophilicity and it has a composition which is the same number of coordination of Si and Al. The pore size depends on the type of ionic coordinates in the molecular skeleton,
and it is called together with the pore size as "4 A zeolite" because it shows 0.3 nano for K⁺ ion, 0.4 nano
for Na⁺ ion and 0.5 nano for Ca^{2 +} ion. Zeolite flourish in such as gas and liquid dehydrating material and
antimicrobial by ion-supporting. By refining this Linde Type A zeolite, it has been an attention material
that is expected to improve adsorption rate and optical function.
