The tips of our adsorption nozzles are mounted with sintered diamond (PCD), improving nozzle durability, increasing the efficiency of retention capacity and image confirmation, and improving mounting percentage. We can also manufacture multiple other types of high-precision nozzles to meet various uses, such as cemented carbide nozzles and rubber nozzles.

Due to the high-precision processing technology used for all our materials, we can even provide ultra-precise nozzles for accurate picking and placing of super small chips, such as chips of 0402 (0.4mm x 0.2mm) in size.
