We will only collect and use personal information to the extent that is necessary for us to provide service to our customers.

The following personal information is needed from the customer in order to provide services as mentioned above: Name, name of company/school, home address, email address, phone number, etc.

Personal information received from customers is always managed appropriately with discretion. Moreover, in order to prevent unpermitted access to personal information we have obtained, we will take measures to the extent of our ability to protect the information.

We will work to keep personal information as accurate and recent as possible. When we are contacted by a customer with a request, upon verifying the customer's identity, we will provide the customer's personal information, revising and deleting portions as necessary.

Personal information will not be provided to a third party, except in the following cases.
1. When permission has been obtained from the customer.
2. When presented to a party in which a task has been delegated
(in this case, the third party will be held under contract to manage the personal information under strict control.)
3. When the law deems necessary.
4. When it is needed to protect one's life, physical safety, or assets, and it is difficult to obtain permission from the customer.
5. When it is needed to improve public health, particularly to promote the healthy growth of a child, and it is difficult to obtain permission from the customer.
6. When a local or national government organization, or someone performing a government-designated task, has requested cooperation by law, and obtaining permission from the customer may cause a hindrance to performing the task.



The methods of protecting personal information mentioned above will be reviewed periodically, and revised as necessary.
