Nakamura Choukou Co., Ltd. has continued our efforts to acquire various complicated process technologies with a goal of proposing to an excellent feature industrial application that required the special materials. In particular, we take pride that development of diamond adsorption nozzles which are used for actual picking and placing of electronic parts have greatly contributed to miniaturization・mobilized of electronic device as typified by mobile phone.

In recent years, we specialized in Diamond applied Technologies which provides highly effective performances to process of crustaceous material, and poured in our management resources at a maximum including measures and policies of industry-academic-government to our R&D of the tool for non-conventional working machine.

We specially achieved transition of our business structure by coming to long term potential growth energy industrial filed with our development of Diamond Wire that is used for slice process for wafer of high tech electronic materials such as solar battery silicone etc. We are proud of having unique business model that brings in synergy effect as sustained improvement of both technologies of tooling and processing from manufacturing /distribution business of Diamond Wire and development of slice process contract institutes with Diamond Wire. Moreover, we made transition to business structure aiming to greater growth at global market by joint venture with Suminoe Textile Co., Ltd in September, 2013.

Our development of micro reactor system with technology development of micro trench (micro channel) for special material led to our new business entry of our chemical industrial filed in collaboration with Osaka Prefecture University and Academic Industrial Alliance in April, 2009. We expect that this business achieve the growth that matches the time of transition to continuous flow production method which solves the problem of conventional batch type production method at chemical product manufacturing process.
