Technical Collaboration Agreement in Diamond-Wire Business

On March 8, 2022 the Company has concluded the Technical Collaboration Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) with Qingdao Gaoce Technology Co.,Ltd. (Chairman & General Manager: Zhang Xu, Qingdao, China) in Diamond-Wire Business.

Qingdao Gaoce Technology Co.,Ltd. and the Company have agreed the technical collaboration in order to create both company’s long-term profits and to maintain technological advantage with mutually respecting company cultures, business experiences, knowhow, performances and technological advantages in Diamond-Wire market.

And, as a part of the “Agreement”, the Company shall make sales of self-developed Diamond-Wire Production Equipment “PHX-01” as a technical sample, as well as shall provide our own unique dispersant technology for abrasive grain. We will pursue further business performances through interacting each other in a technology area.

Based on the agreement of both company, we will not disclose further details of the “Agreement”.

Concerning to Qingdao Gaoce Technology Co.,Ltd.

　 Qingdao Gaoce Technology Co.,Ltd., established in October, 2006, is the PV related company and one of the 3 largest diamond-wire producers in China as well as engaging production and sales of slicing-machines. They have been listed on the Shanghai Security Market in August 2020 and show rapid growth of business performance based on their high technology. And now they are expected further growth in the area of PV silicon-wafer slicing business which they use self-produced diamond-wire & slicing-machine started in Year 2021.
